Say "goodbye" to boring oatmeal with this mouthwatering recipe! Baked oats are the perfect way to upgrade your breakfast, especially when you add dark chocolate and peanut butter. It's time to get your breakfast game on.

vegan peanut butter baked oatmeal recipe

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 JOJO's Peanut Butter Delight Bar
    1. Preheat oven to 250-degrees
    2. Mix all ingredients together, except for JOJO's Chocolate
    3. Add oatmeal mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake for 20 minutes
    4. Once out of the oven, immediately put 1/2 a JOJO's Peanut Butter Delight Bar on top
    5. Enjoy immediately!
