These gluten-free tahini blondies are calling your name! Sometimes you may crave a little something sweet for a mid-day snack—and these dairy-free chocolatey blondies have your back! Made with JOJO's Dark Chocolate, this recipe will be your new weekly favorite.

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup melted and cooled coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 + 1/2 cups fine almond flour, packed
  • 1/2 cup cassava flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup JOJO's Chocolate, chopped
  • Optional - Sea salt flakes for sprinkling
    Directions:
    1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees
    2. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick baking or cooking spray
    3. In a large bowl mix together eggs, coconut sugar, tahini, coconut oil, and vanilla extract
    4. Then, incorporate the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt. Mix together until a dough forms
    5. Fold in chopped JOJO's Chocolate
    6. Add batter to baking pan and spread evenly
    7. Top with flaky sea salt
    8. Bake for about 25-minutes or until the edges are golden brown
    9. Cut into bars and dig in!
