The weekend is HERE! Which means it's time to get in the kitchen, because nothing says "weekend vibes" quite like fresh cookies. These 6 ingredient sugar cookies are a delicious and easy recipe to whip up on the weekends.

  1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. In a bowl combine the egg, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract
  4. In a different bowl mix together almond flour and baking soda
  5. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients
  6. Roll cookie dough into balls and place on baking sheet, pressing down a bit to flatten dough balls
  7. Bake for about 8-10 minutes
  8. Once cookies come out of the oven, place a JOJO's Chocolate Bite in the center
  9. After cookies cool, dive on in!
