We've teamed up with our friends over at ChipMonk to bring you a KETO, DAIRY-FREE, and GLUTEN-FREE chocolate chip cookie mug cake recipe. You can make this delicious single-serve treat in under 5-minutes. Plus, it's packed with added protein, and is low in sugar and carbs. Are you ready to dig-in?

Ingredients:
    Directions:
    1. Melt plant-based butter in a small microwave-safe bowl for 15-seconds to coat base of bowl
    2. Mix ChipMonk dry mix, AlluMonk Sweetener, and baking powder together in a separate bowl, then add to melted butter
    3. Add the beaten egg and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until well-combined, ensuring that all of the dry ingredients are combined with the wet ingredients
    4. Microwave batter for roughly 90-seconds (make sure to keep an eye on your mug cake to make sure it doesn't overflow!)
    5. After microwaving, immediately top with a chopped JOJO's Goes Hawaiian Bar for maximum melt-age
    6. Allow your mug cake to rest and cool for a 2-3 minutes
    7. Once cooled, eat when you can no longer contain your excitement!
