These chocolate chip cookies are anything BUT basic. Made with our low-sugar Dark Chocolate plus creamy nut butters, this cookie recipe will make your body feel amazing while curbing your hanger and sweet tooth.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup creamy nut butter
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons gluten-free flour
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons almond or oat flour (or more gluten-free flour)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • JOJO's Chocolate (your favorite flavor!)
  • Extra sea salt for topping
    Directions:
    1. Preheat oven to 375-degrees
    2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
    3. In a bowl, whisk together nut butter, maple syrup, coconut sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth
    4. Sift flours, baking soda, and sea salt into mixture
    5. Stir dry ingredients with wet ingredients until well-combined
    6. Chop JOJO's Chocolate and fold chopped Dark Chocolate into batter until combined
    7. Scoop dough into balls and place on parchment-lined cookie sheet
    8. Bake in oven for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown around edges
    9. Once baked, remove from oven and put on cooling rack to cool
    10. Enjoy!
