PEANUT BUTTER FLOURLESS BROWNIES

You can't go wrong with brownies, especially when they're made with peanut butter and dark chocolate. This flourless and fudgey recipe from our friend, Rachel Mansfield, will make your mouth water and your tastebuds happy.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup chopped JOJO's Peanut Butter Delight Bites
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350-degrees
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and coat with oil
- Cream together peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract
- Mix cacao powder and baking powder into the wet mixture until well-combined (note: the batter will be thick!)
- Fold in chopped JOJO's
- Add batter to your greased baking dish
- Bake in the oven for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Allow the brownies to cool for a few minutes to set
- Once set, slice and enjoy!
