When should I expect my order?

Most orders ship within 48 hours (weekdays only) and arrive via 2-day delivery.

To prevent melting, during summer months orders are only fulfilled Monday - Wednesday and ship via 2-day delivery to ensure packages are not in transit over the weekend. This means if it's above 75 degrees orders placed Thursday - Sunday will be fulfilled the following Monday. If your order does not ship within 5 business days please reach out so we can help! How do you keep chocolate from melting?

We pack our chocolate in a styrofoam-insulated box and include ice packs to prevent it from melting. This extra protection for your chocolate is included in the cost. To find JOJO's in a store near you visit our store locator

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally at this time.

What is Route Insurance?

Adding Route protection to your order ensures that any stolen or damaged packages will be refunded or replaced.

It says it’s been delivered but I don’t see it?

Please wait 24 hours to see if your package will show up - sometimes FedEx scans the wrong package so it might still be out for delivery! If you still don’t see it, please reach out to us at team@jojoschocolate.com so we can help you!
