When brownies meet oatmeal, this is what you get: a delicious brownie batter baked oatmeal recipe! Craving dessert at 8AM? Then this is for you! Made with our low-sugar and added-protein dark chocolate, consider your cravings satisfied.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nut milk
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
Toppings:
- 1 JOJO's Original Bite, chopped
- Peanut butter
- Sliced banana
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350-degrees
- Mix together all ingredients
- Pour into a greased oven-save bowl
- Bake for 25-minutes
- Add toppings
- Wait for JOJO's to melt and dig in!
