This Chia Seed Pudding is perfect to make ahead for a delicious yet satisfying breakfast! It's packed full of fiber, Omega-3s & high in protein to keep you full throughout the day. Best part... it's topped with JOJO's!
Ingredients:

3 tbsp of chia seeds (black or white)

5 drops of liquid stevia (or sweetener of choice)

1 tsp of vanilla

3/4 cup of full fat coconut milk

Your choice of toppings! Fresh fruit, coconut chips, slivered almonds etc.

2 JOJO's Chocolate Bites: Goes Hawaiian or Raspberry Dream Bites

Double or triple to keep on hand for easy breakfast all week long!
Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Leave on the counter at room temperature to thicken, about 15 minutes.

Once thick, stir together again and add a splash of extra milk if needed.

Layer with toppings of your choice. Two of our favorite combos - coconut flakes, macadamia nuts & JOJO's Goes Hawaiian OR fresh Raspberries, slivered almonds & JOJO's Raspberry Dream!
