A picture is worth a thousand words, but the below picture of this two ingredient chocolate mousse has us DROOLING—no words necessary. This recipe is great to make if you're short on time but are craving something sweet!
- 1/2 cup + 1/3 cup melted JOJO's chocolate
- 1 1/2 cups full fat coconut milk
- optional- vanilla extract
- Melt enough JOJO's chocolate to make 1/2 + 1/3 cups
- Pour melted chocolate into a blender along with coconut milk
- Add vanilla extract if you're looking for an extra boost of flavor
- Blend until smooth
- Transfer mixture into a bowl and place in the fridge to set for a few hours
- Once mousse is set, enjoy!
