Coconut Ice Cream (KETO & GLUTEN-FREE)

A go to ice cream recipe that's way better than the store bought stuff. Top with JOJO's for a deliciously creamy treat. 

  • 13.6 ounce can Organic Coconut Cream

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (nut milk tastes great too)

  • 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioners Sugar (or sweetener of choice)

  • JOJO's Goes Hawaiian bar

  1. Scoop one can of coconut cream into an ice cube tray(s). 

  2. Store in freezer for 2-4 hours until cubes are hard. (We love using silicone ice cube trays that pop out the coconut cream easily).

  3. Pop out the cubes into a blender and add the milk and sugar, then blend. It will be thick, so blend and then mix the mixture repeatedly to break it down.

  4. Once smooth top with JOJO's and enjoy immediately. If you want to store for later, store in the freezer in an airtight container.
