These Double Decker Hawaiian Cups are absolutely yummy and easy to make too! Combining JOJO's Goes Hawaiian bars with a coconut and macadamia nut layer has this delicious treat transporting you to the islands with every bite!

Coconut layer:

  • 1/2 cup coconut butter (or blend coconut flakes until butter forms)

  • 1 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

Macadamia nut layer:

  • 1/2 cup macadamia nut butter

  • 1 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

  1. Line a cupcake tin with liners.

  2. Heat the JOJO's Goes Hawaiian Chocolate bars until completely melted.

  3. Cover the bottom of each liner with chocolate & place in the freezer for a couple minutes to harden.

  4. Mix together all the coconut layer ingredients in a bowl until smooth. (Do the same in another bowl, with the macadamia layer.)

  5. Once the chocolate has hardened, divide the coconut mixture amongst the tray, pressing it down on top of the chocolate bottom, so it’s flat.

  6. Then, top with a little more chocolate.

  7. Pop in the freezer for a couple minutes for that layer of chocolate to harden. Then, do the same with the macadamia mixture.

  8. Cover the top of the second layer with the remaining chocolate.

  9. Freeze until set!
