TAHINI CHOCOLATE CHUNK BLONDIES

These gluten-free tahini blondies are calling your name! Sometimes you may crave a little something sweet for a mid-day snack—and these dairy-free chocolatey blondies have your back! Made with JOJO's Dark Chocolate, this recipe will be your new weekly favorite.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup melted and cooled coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 + 1/2 cups fine almond flour, packed
- 1/2 cup cassava flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup JOJO's Chocolate, chopped
- Optional - Sea salt flakes for sprinkling
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350-degrees
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick baking or cooking spray
- In a large bowl mix together eggs, coconut sugar, tahini, coconut oil, and vanilla extract
- Then, incorporate the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt. Mix together until a dough forms
- Fold in chopped JOJO's Chocolate
- Add batter to baking pan and spread evenly
- Top with flaky sea salt
- Bake for about 25-minutes or until the edges are golden brown
- Cut into bars and dig in!
