Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a mixer or bowl

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees

  3. In a mixing bowl add all of the ingredients, except for JOJO's Chocolate, and mix together
  4. Roll cookie dough out on a floured surface and cut out gingerbread people using a cookie cutter
  5. Place gingerbread people on the lined baking sheet, top with chopped JOJO's Chocolate and sprinkles, and bake for 12-15 minutes
  6. Enjoy!

Directions:
  1. Place all ingredients, except for JOJO's Chocolate in a small saucepan over stove
  2. Whisk until combined
  3. Cook over medium heat until bubbling
  4. Pour into a mug and top with grated JOJO's Chocolate and dairy-free whipped cream

Team JOJO's Peanut Butter Pumpkin Gingerbread Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons gingerbread spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 4 JOJO's Peanut Butter Delight Bars
Directions:
  1. Finely chop 2 of the JOJO's Chocolate bars
  2. Mix together all ingredients leaving out chopped JOJO's Chocolate
  3. After dough ingredients are combined, fold in chopped JOJO's
  4. Cover dough with plastic wrap and chill in fridge for at least 3 hours
  5. After dough chills, preheat the oven to 325-degrees
  6. Roll out dough using coconut flour to ensure the dough doesn't still to your rolling pin
  7. Using a cookie cutter, cut out cookies
  8. Place cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 16 minutes or until golden brown
  9. While cookies are baking, melt the remaining 2 JOJO's Chocolate bars in the microwave until melted completely
  10. After cookies cool completely, "frost" cookies with melted JOJO's
  11. Enjoy!
