JOJO's Goes Hawaiian chocolate bars give these cookies the island flavors of coconut and macadamia nuts. This recipe is low in carbs, sugar and practically everything except taste! This recipe is also almost completely vegan friendly. Ripe banana's will be put to good use in this tasty recipe!

  • 1 1/4 Cup of Almond Flour

  • 1/4 Cup of Coconut Sugar

  • 1 Ripe Banana

  • 2 Tbsps of Vegan Butter 

  • 1 scoop of @ancientnutrition Vanilla Collagen (for completely vegan, add a scoop of plant based protein instead of the collagen)

  • 1 tsp of Almond Extract

  • 1 tsp of Baking Powder

  • JOJO's Goes Hawaiian Bars
  1. Mix the banana and butter together first. Then add all of the other ingredients and mix until your batter forms. 

  2. Roll into cookies and flatten just a tiny bit.

  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 350. Then remove and top with your choice of JOJO's Goes Hawaiian chocolate 

  4. Enjoy!
