PUMPKIN SNICKERDOODLE COOKIES RECIPE

It's that time of year that we have all been waiting for: PUMPKIN SEASON. Now that fall is finally upon us, we can delve into all things pumpkin, including these Pumpkin Snickerdoodle cookies made with JOJO's!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cold butter cut into chunks
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- JOJO's chocolate broken into chunks
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp sugar
Directions:

In a large bowl, add the cold butter and brown sugar.

Mix sugar and butter for 3 minutes, or until well-combined.

Add the pumpkin puree, egg, sour cream, and vanilla and mix until combined.

Add the flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt.

Mix until the dry ingredients are mixed in.

Let the dough chill in the fridge for 30-minutes

While dough is chilling, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

After dough is chilled, scoop and flatted dough onto a cookie sheet and place a piece of JOJO's chocolate in the middle of the dough and close dough around the chocolate.

Roll the dough in your hands until it forms a smooth ball.

In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar.

Roll each ball in the cinnamon sugar.

Place all cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
