S'MORES PEANUT BUTTER BARS

Looking for s'more ways to enjoy JOJO's? Our friend over at @pursuegoodfood has you covered with this mouthwatering s'more recipe featuring our Peanut Butter Delight dark chocolate.
Crust Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup white flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup nut milk
- 1/2 cup granulated stevia
Chocolate Ingredients:
- 2 JOJO's Peanut Butter Delight Bars
- 8 tablespoons HIIT Nutrition Peanut Butter Cup Dough (or regular creamy peanut butter)
- 1-1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350-degrees
- Combine crust ingredients and place in a small baking dish
- Chop the JOJO's Peanut Butter Delight Bars and sprinkle on top of the crust
- Add peanut butter over the chopped JOJO's
- Cover baking dish with tin foil and bake for 15-minutes
- After, top with mini marshmallows and put back into the oven for about 5-minutes or until golden brown (make sure to watch the oven so your marshmallows won't burn!)
- Enjoy!
