This recipe is the epitome of layers and layers of goodness. Made with creamy peanut butter, sweet graham crackers, and our low-sugar Dark Chocolate, this peanut butter bark will satisfy all of your cravings.

Layer One Ingredients:
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1/3 cup cane sugar (or sugar substitute)
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons dairy-free milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Layer Two Ingredients:
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons agave
Layer Three Ingredients:
    1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees
    2. Create the first layer by mixing together all ingredients and pressing into a greased 8x8 pan
    3. Bake first layer for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown
    4. Set aside to cool
    5. Create the second layer by mixing all ingredients together and pouring over the cooled crust
    6. Place in the freezer for 10-minutes
    7. Create the third layer by melting JOJO's
    8. Once JOJO's are melted, pour over chilled crust and peanut butter and place back in the freezer until chocolate is solidified
    9. Once solidified, slice and enjoy!
