The trend (or lifestyle, depending on your perspective) of plant-based eating has changed American food offerings. Everyone from major restaurant chains to grocery stores now offers more and more plant-based food. People might be increasingly open to eating a plant-centric diet, but a lot of them wonder if they’re getting enough protein.
