NO-BAKE PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BROWNIES

No-bake is the ultimate MOVE in the summer. When you're craving something sweet, but don't want the heat of a typical baked dessert, no-bake is the way to go. These brownies from our friend @its_nicolettemarie are topped with an abundance of our low-sugar Dark Chocolate and filled with protein to keep you satiated throughout the day.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plant-based vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 4 JOJO's Bars (all four flavors!)
Directions:
- Mix together all ingredients, minus the JOJO's Bars
- Press mixture into a lined pan
- Chop JOJO's Bars and top brownies with them
- Put in the fridge to chill and then enjoy!
