PEANUT BUTTER BANANA NICE CREAM

Warm weather is right around the corner, which means that ice cream season is also coming soon. Celebrate the start to warm temps and sunshine with this creamy vegan banana ice cream recipe from our friend @coolveganmama, featuring our Peanut Butter Delight Dark Chocolate.

Ingredients:

2-3 frozen bananas
1 rounded tablespoon creamy peanut butter
Ground cinnamon
1/3 cup vanilla nut milk
3 ice cubes
1 JOJO's Peanut Butter Delight Bar (+ more for topping!)

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender or food processor, and blend until smooth and creamy, starting with a small amount of nut milk and added more as needed
Chop up additional Peanut Butter Delight Dark Chocolate and sprinkle on top of nice cream
Drizzle with extra creamy peanut butter and enjoy!

Missing Costco

Loved the peanut butter bars from Costco. Can't find them anymore.

Great new to me

Thought I would try these. The first day I thought ok but not the original that I love. The chocolate is more intense. By day 4 I was thinking I might actually like these better. The best about both varieties is that they are satisfying. I don't feel like constantly reaching for them all day but I do want at least one bite every evening. So chocolate candy that's healthy, satisfying, and not designed to make you over indulge. I had to totally avoid chocolate before...or gain weight and raise my blood sugar

Melted Mess

The product itself is good (5 stars) but when I received my package the large ice packs were both defrosted. I opened a bag and found the bars were all in one big lump. I placed the other bags in the fridge. It helped but most were still stuck together. Paid a lot of money for a mess. Product itself is good but I will think twice about having it shipped. Unfortunately, the products are not easy to find locally.

Great start to the morning

My wife love these JoJo’s bites and has one with coffee every morning before working out ! Glad we found them to replace Natures Intent Bombs!
