Summertime IS s'mores time. Do you agree? If not, then I think you may be convinced with this delicious s'mores-inspired recipe!

Base Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • A splash of sugar-free maple syrup
  • A dash of cinnamon

Chocolate Layer Ingredients:

    1. Mix base ingredients together and press into a muffin tin
    2. Melt JOJO's Chocolate with coconut oil and spread onto the base
    3. Cover chocolate with mini marshmallows
    4. Broil in over until marshmallows are golden brown
    5. Place in freezer for 30-45 minutes until chocolate is hardened
    6. Enjoy!
