S'MORES PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

Summertime IS s'mores time. Do you agree? If not, then I think you may be convinced with this delicious s'mores-inspired recipe!
Base Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- A splash of sugar-free maple syrup
- A dash of cinnamon
Chocolate Layer Ingredients:
- 1 JOJO's Peanut Butter Delight Bar
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Mini marshmallows
Directions:
- Mix base ingredients together and press into a muffin tin
- Melt JOJO's Chocolate with coconut oil and spread onto the base
- Cover chocolate with mini marshmallows
- Broil in over until marshmallows are golden brown
- Place in freezer for 30-45 minutes until chocolate is hardened
- Enjoy!
