Banana bread + Dark Chocolate is the IDEAL combination. We all know that banana bread was all the rage early 2020, and now it's back with a cool twist. Nothing screams "summer" quite like popsicles do, so try this refreshing and chocolatey recipe!

VEGAN KETO POPSICLE RECIPE

Ingredients:
  • 1 + 1/2 cups of frozen sliced bananas
  • 2 scoops of chocolate plant-based protein powder
  • 2 cups of nut milk
  • 1/4 cup of granulated monk fruit (or another sweetener)
  • 1/4 cup of tahini (or another nut butter)
  • 1/4 cup of pecans
  • 3 JOJO's Goes Hawaiian Bars
    Directions:
    1. Blend together all ingredients, except for 2 JOJO's Bars
    2. Pour the blended mixture into 10 silicone popsicle molds
    3. Freeze popsicles overnight
    4. Once popsicles are frozen, melt remaining 2 JOJO's Bars and quickly dip them into the chocolate
    5. Top with crushed nuts, cereal, or any topping of your choice
    6. Freeze until chocolate is hardened
    7. Enjoy!
