Banana bread + Dark Chocolate is the IDEAL combination. We all know that banana bread was all the rage early 2020, and now it's back with a cool twist. Nothing screams "summer" quite like popsicles do, so try this refreshing and chocolatey recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1 + 1/2 cups of frozen sliced bananas
- 2 scoops of chocolate plant-based protein powder
- 2 cups of nut milk
- 1/4 cup of granulated monk fruit (or another sweetener)
- 1/4 cup of tahini (or another nut butter)
- 1/4 cup of pecans
- 3 JOJO's Goes Hawaiian Bars
Directions:
- Blend together all ingredients, except for 2 JOJO's Bars
- Pour the blended mixture into 10 silicone popsicle molds
- Freeze popsicles overnight
- Once popsicles are frozen, melt remaining 2 JOJO's Bars and quickly dip them into the chocolate
- Top with crushed nuts, cereal, or any topping of your choice
- Freeze until chocolate is hardened
- Enjoy!
