DARK CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD BARS

Bananas? Check. Dark Chocolate? Check. MORE chocolate? Double check. These banana bread bars are decadent and oh-so chocolatey, you wouldn't even know that they're low-sugar! Satisfy your sugar cravings with these delicious bars!
Ingredients:
- 4 bananas
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 6 JOJO's Raspberry Dream Bites, chopped
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350-degrees
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas
- Add wet ingredients to mashed bananas and mix until well-combined
- Combine dry ingredients (except for JOJO's) with the wet
- Pour batter into a parchment-lined 9x9 pan
- Top with chopped JOJO's
- Bake for 35-40 minutes
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar (optional) and slice
- Dig in!
