CHOCOLATE BANANA CINNAMON ROLLS

Sometimes you're craving something sweet for breakfast—we don't blame you. These chocolate cinnamon rolls are the perfect weekend morning recipe. Don't settle for sugar and dairy-filled cinnamon rolls, opt for these better-for-you rolls of deliciousness instead!
Ingredients:
- 1 + 3/4 cups gluten-free pancake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 ripe banana
Filling Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons melted dairy-free butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1 + 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- Chopped JOJO's Dark Chocolate
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix together pancake mix, egg, and banana
- Place the dough mixture in a lightly-floured surface and roll into a rectangle
- Top the dough with the melted butter, coconut sugar, and chopped chocolate
- Roll the dough and cut into cinnamon rolls (about four)
- Place the cinnamon rolls into a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 1 minute and 20 seconds
- Enjoy!
