Sometimes you're craving something sweet for breakfast—we don't blame you. These chocolate cinnamon rolls are the perfect weekend morning recipe. Don't settle for sugar and dairy-filled cinnamon rolls, opt for these better-for-you rolls of deliciousness instead!

gluten free cinnamon roll recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 + 3/4 cups gluten-free pancake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ripe banana
Filling Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons melted dairy-free butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 + 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • Chopped JOJO's Dark Chocolate
    Directions:
    1. In a bowl, mix together pancake mix, egg, and banana
    2. Place the dough mixture in a lightly-floured surface and roll into a rectangle
    3. Top the dough with the melted butter, coconut sugar, and chopped chocolate 
    4. Roll the dough and cut into cinnamon rolls (about four)
    5. Place the cinnamon rolls into a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 1 minute and 20 seconds
    6. Enjoy!
