COOKIE DOUGH BROWNIE BARS

There may be only ONE thing better than chocolate (maybe...) and that's sprinkles. These bars have three magnificent layers, all topped with colorful rainbow sprinkles. Whether for a celebration or just to have on a gloomy day, these cookie dough brownie bars will instantly boost your mood.
Brownie Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 3 tablespoons nut milk
Cookie Dough Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup finely chopped JOJO's
Chocolate Layer Ingredients:
- 4 JOJO's Chocolate Bars
- Coconut oil (as needed)
Directions:
- Stir together brownie and cookie dough ingredients into two separate bowls
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper
- Spread the brownie mixture at the bottom of the pan and then follow with the cookie dough layer
- Melt JOJO's Bars and coconut oil together and pour on top of the cookie dough layer
- Top with sprinkles and let sit in the freezer for at least an hour
- Dig in!
