Don't mind us, just DREAMING about these chocolatey raspberry dream truffles. Need a mid-day pick-me-up? Looking for a quick way to refuel post-workout? How about a lunchtime treat? This recipe has you covered.

chocolate truffles

  • 1 1/2 cups oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup collagen (optional)
  • 1/2 cup seed or nut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 JOJO's Chocolate bars
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
  1. Create your oat flour by blending oats in a high-speed blender until a flour consistency is achieved
  2. Add cocoa powder to oat flour and stir until combined
  3. If adding collagen, add it to the dry mixture
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract
  5. Carefully mix the dry and wet ingredients together until a dough forms and put in the fridge to set
  6. Melt JOJO's Chocolate with coconut oil in 20 second intervals, stirring each time until JOJO's is melted
  7. After dough has set, roll into 1 inch balls and put on parchment paper
  8. Drizzle melted JOJO's over the top and put into freezer to set
  9. Enjoy!
