DARK CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY BAKED OATS

There's nothing quite like a big bowl of oats to start the day. But oats can get boring. That's why this recipe ups the oatmeal game. Enter: BAKED OATS. This dish is like a dessert, but better. It's low in sugar and packed with plant protein to fuel your day. Bottom line: You NEED to make this ASAP.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup nut milk
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1/2 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 1 serving of plant-based protein powder
- 2 tablespoons dairy-free yogurt
- 1 JOJO's Raspberry Dream Bite
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400-degres
- All all ingredients, leaving out the JOJO's and raspberries, in a blender
- Transfer mixture to an oven-safe bowl
- Fold in fresh raspberries and place the JOJO's Bite in the center
- Top with more raspberries
- Bake for 22-24 minutes
- Enjoy!
