There's nothing quite like a big bowl of oats to start the day. But oats can get boring. That's why this recipe ups the oatmeal game. Enter: BAKED OATS. This dish is like a dessert, but better. It's low in sugar and packed with plant protein to fuel your day. Bottom line: You NEED to make this ASAP.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup nut milk
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 1 serving of plant-based protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 JOJO's Raspberry Dream Bite
    Directions:
    1. Preheat oven to 400-degres
    2. All all ingredients, leaving out the JOJO's and raspberries, in a blender
    3. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe bowl
    4. Fold in fresh raspberries and place the JOJO's Bite in the center
    5. Top with more raspberries
    6. Bake for 22-24 minutes
    7. Enjoy!
