If you haven't gotten hooked on banana bread yet, then this recipe will get you hooked! Made with simple ingredients and topped with our low-sugar Dark Chocolate, this banana bread will be your new weekend staple.

Wet Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons nut butter
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons coconut sugar

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 + 3/4 cups gluten-free flour
  • 2 tablespoons flax meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/4 cup JOJO's Dark Chocolate, chopped

 

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350-degres
  2. Line a bread dish with parchment paper
  3. Mix together all wet ingredients
  4. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix until well-combined
  5. Transfer batter into bread dish and sprinkle with sea salt and top with chopped JOJO's
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes
  7. Cool for 15-minutes
  8. Dig in!
