DARK CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD

If you haven't gotten hooked on banana bread yet, then this recipe will get you hooked! Made with simple ingredients and topped with our low-sugar Dark Chocolate, this banana bread will be your new weekend staple.
Wet Ingredients:
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons nut butter
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
Dry Ingredients:
- 1 + 3/4 cups gluten-free flour
- 2 tablespoons flax meal
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of Himalayan pink salt
- 1/4 cup JOJO's Dark Chocolate, chopped
- Preheat oven to 350-degres
- Line a bread dish with parchment paper
- Mix together all wet ingredients
- Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix until well-combined
- Transfer batter into bread dish and sprinkle with sea salt and top with chopped JOJO's
- Bake for 50-55 minutes
- Cool for 15-minutes
- Dig in!
