PEANUT BUTTER PUMPKIN OAT BARS

Sometimes you're craving something sweet in the morning. This is the recipe for those early chocolatey peanut butter cravings! Made with rolled oats and our Peanut Butter Delight Bars, these bars will satisfy your hunger and sweet tooth.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1 bag of Protein Powerball Mix
- 1 pinch sea salt
- Chopped JOJO's Peanut Butter Delight Bars
Directions:
- Mix all of your ingredients together except JOJO's and sea salt
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and bake at 350-degrees for 15-minutes
- Take out of oven and top with chopped JOJO's and sea salt
- Put bars into oven again and bake until golden brown and cooked all the way through
- Enjoy ASAP!
