Waffles on a weekday? Count us in. These pumpkin chocolate chip waffles will make the child in you smile (and your children too, that is, if you want to share!). Made with only 10 ingredients, this recipe will be your new breakfast go-to.

Wet Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients:
  • 1 and 2/3 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  1. Heat and grease your waffle iron
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together wet ingredients
  3. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl then pour into the wet mixture and fold together
  4. Once combined, add in chopped JOJO's Chocolate of your choice and pour into your waffle iron
  5. Once cooked, dive on in!
