Nothing says, "I love you" quite like a homemade dessert. Made with our low-sugar and keto-friendly Raspberry Dream Bites, these better-for-you blondies will make anyone believe in love at first sight. Don't just take our word for them, whip a batch up for yourself or your loved ones this Valentine's Day.
Ingredients:
- 1 flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flax + 2 tablespoons of water, let sit for 5-10 minutes until thickened)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 JOJO's Raspberry Dream Bites, chopped
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350-degrees
- Grease a baking dish
- Mix all ingredients together and pour batter in greaesed dish
- Bake for 20-minutes until golden brown
