What's better than a chocolate cookie? A STUFFED chocolate cookie, of course. This delicious double chocolate cookie recipe from our friend @basilandbiceps features our Dark Chocolate stuffed inside a gluten-free cookie. It's time to get baking!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup organic cane sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 3 JOJO's Peanut Butter Delight Bars
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350-degrees
- Mix together all ingredients, except for JOJO's Chocolate
- Cut JOJO's into small squares
- Take cookie dough and form small round discs, add a piece of JOJO's to the center, and add more dough to cover Dark Chocolate
- Roll the dough into balls and place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet
- Sprinkle cookie balls with flaky sea salt
- Bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes
- Let cookie cool for about 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack
- Dig in!
