Quick, easy, delicious—three words that perfectly describe these peanut butter and jelly chocolate-covered raw balls. A little disclaimer, once you eat just one, you may want to eat the whole batch. Don't say we didn't warn you!

Raw Ball Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup creamy cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup raw honey (or maple syrup if vegan)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-3 soft dates
  • 1 + 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
  • 2 tablespoons flax meal
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Chocolate Coating Ingredients:
  1. Add everything but the quick oats to a food processor and pulse until well combined and a ball starts to form
  2. Add in quick oats and lightly pulse to combine
  3. Remove the blade from the food processor and finish mixing in the oats with your hands
  4. Line a medium-sized baking sheet with parchment paper and form mixture into 16-20 balls
  5. Freeze for 20 minutes
  6. Prepare chocolate coating when the raw balls are done freezing by melting the coconut oil and JOJO's Chocolate together in the microwave 
  7. Dip half of all of the raw balls into the chocolate, place back on the parchment paper, and freeze for another 10 minutes
  8. Enjoy!
