Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup coconut oil or butter

2/3 cup Swerve Confectioners Sugar
Directions:
- In a saucepan, melt the peanut butter and oil on low heat. Slowly mix in the sugar until well mixed.
- Pour mixture into a 9X9 glass pan covered with parchment paper. Chop up JOJO's bar and sprinkle over fudge.
- Cover and put in freezer for an hour or so to harden. Take out and cut into squares. Enjoy! And keep it stored in freezer for up to two weeks.
